7 p.m. vs. Seattle * Allianz Field * BSN Extra, Ch. 23, 1500-AM

Preview: Just back from his World Cup-qualifying Canadian national team, Dayne St. Clair will start his third consecutive match in goal, Loons coach Adrian Heath said. He is vying for a Canadian roster spot as a third goalkeeper in Qatar in November. "That Dayne's got himself back in the mix for us will be a big boost for him," coach Adrian Heath said. "But as I've told him, Tyler Miller lost his [starting] position through an illness. He's got to make sure he doesn't give up his role by his own performance." ... Starting right back Romain Metanire isn't expected to play, Heath said, while Franco Fragapane and Oniel Fisher should be available. ... The Loons on Friday still awaited the return of midfielder Kervin Arriaga from his Honduras national team. He needs some paperwork finalized. Heath indicated there's a chance he could be back by Saturday. ... Both teams have scored a total of four goals over their first four games. ... The Sounders uncharacteristically lost their first two games and arrive 1-2-1.

Injuries: The Loons list Patrick Weah (knee surgery) and Chase Gasper (substance abuse and behavioral health program) as out. Metanire, Fragapane and Fisher (hamstring injuries, all) are questionable. Seattle lists Raul Ruidiaz (hamstring), Andrew Thomas (calf strain) and Jimmy Medranda (hamstring) as questionable and Will Bruin (calf strain), Nicolas Lodeiro (adductor strain) and Alex Roldan (foot) as questionable).
