Atlanta Jazz Festival welcomes Herbie Hancock, George Benson, and Eddie Palmieri to Piedmont Park May 28-30

The Atlanta Mayor's Office of Cultural Affairs presents the 45th Annual Atlanta Jazz Festival Memorial Day Weekend May 28-30 at Historic Piedmont Park.

This year's headliners include three icons of the music genre—-Herbie Hancock, George Benson, and Eddie Palmieri Afro Caribbean Jazz Septet.

Other scheduled performers include Joe Alterman, Masego, T.C. Carson, Julie Dexter, Kathleen Bertrand, and The Baylor Project. Spelman College alumnus and former Beyoncé bandmember, Tia Fuller will also be performing along with Warren Wolf & The Pack, Naia Izumi, Makaya McCraven, and Kebbi Williams and The Wolfpack.

This year's Late Night Jazz Jam will be a tribute to Motown legend Marvin Gaye and features Lil John Roberts with special guest Chae Stephen.

But wait, there's more! This year's Atlanta Jazz Festival experience just got bigger and better. The Jazz Spot offers attendees amazing views of the festival stage from the comforts of their own reserved tent or picnic spot that will be ready for upon arrival. The Jazz Spot includes a climate-controlled VIP restroom trailer, a dedicated cash bar, plus premium Atlanta Jazz Festival merchandise and goodies.
