The Elk County Sheriff’s office is looking for Santiago Edward Davila III.

He is wanted by the Elk County Sheriff’s office for failure to appear in his last case. His original charges were driving under the influence of alcohol, no driver’s license and disorderly conduct. Davila III was last reported to be possibly living in the Ark City or Winfield area.
