On Tuesday, October 4, Governor Parson will present a proclamation recognizing National Principals Month to members of the Missouri Association of Secondary School Principals (MoASSP) and Missouri Council of Career and Technical Administrators (MCCTA). All adaptive strollers, wagons and other nonmotorized methods of transportation are welcome, and guests are encouraged to don their Halloween or cosplay outfits.
