Maroons Get Mauled by Lions

(Robinson) – The Edwards County Lions mauled the RHS Maroons in baseball action yesterday. Edwards County put up five runs in the bottom of the 6th inning to blow past the Maroons en route to the 6-1 win. Derek Steward pitched five and third innings for the Maroons striking out five, walking two, and giving up four runs on three hits. Daniel Davis came in off the bench and gave up the final two runs on one hit. The Maroons are slated to be back in action tomorrow when they take on OPH in Oblong.
