The National is coming to rock a Central New York brewery.
The indie rock band will perform at Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown on Wednesday, July 20. Special guest Lucy Dacus will open the show at 7 p.m.; doors open at 5.
Tickets will go on sale Friday, April 1 at 10 a.m. via Eventbrite. Prices start at $59.50; additional fees may apply.
Proof of Covid vaccination or a negative PCR test is currently required.
The National, known for songs like “I Need My Girl,” “Light Years,” “Blood Buzz Ohio,” and “Rylan,” has released eight albums since 2001. The band was previously booked to perform at Brewery Ommegang in 2020, but the season’s lineup was axed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Other shows at Brewery Ommegang this summer include a doubleheader by The Avett Brothers on May 27 and 28; Bleachers with special guest beadadoobee on July 29; Lord Huron on Aug. 23; and The War on Drugs on Sept. 11.
