Greiss (upper body) will not be available against the Rangers on Wednesday, Ansar Khan of MLive.com reports.
With both Greiss and Calvin Pickard (undisclosed) sidelined, Alex Nedeljkovic figures to be the starter against New York, though coach Jeff Blashill didn't explicitly name him as such. The 36-year-old Greiss has struggled this season with an 8-11-1 record and career-worst 3.79 GAA in 25 appearances. Depending on the length of his absence, Greiss may miss out on the 10-win mark for the second straight year.
