12h agoA 57-year-old Fishkill woman was killed in a car-pedestrian accident Monday night.
State police say Nancy Russo was crossing at the intersection of Route 9 and Church Street in the village of Fishkill when she was struck.
Russo was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the 2013 Nissan Rogue also remained, and state police observed no signs of impairment.
No charges have been filed at this point, but an investigation is continuing.
