Rocklin man arrested for filming kids at Roseville park
A Rocklin man was arrested in Roseville for filming young children without parental consent, authorities said.
Alexandr Polupan, 59, was arrested Saturday around 3:15 p.m. at a park in the 1000 block of Scarborough Drive, the Roseville Police Department said.
Police received several reports of a disturbance at the False Ravine Park. During the investigation it was found that Polupan was contacting/filming kids at the park, authorities said.
Police said Polupan was uncooperative with officers and was not forthcoming with information.
He was arrested and booked into the South Placer Jail on several charges including, resisting arrest, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and annoying and molesting a minor.
