Amazon Prime Video’s catalog can be a bit more challenging to navigate versus the neatness of Netflix or Hulu. There’s an inherent un-reality to rom-coms, stories in which third-act resolutions tend to come easily. Sentimental confessions, singular acts of love or reconciliation – you know the drill. But what happens when you apply that formula to a film about racial tension? It might sound like a recipe for disaster, but You People (directed by Blackish creator Kenya Barris) is a uniquely funny, energetic, and thoughtful comedy, the kind that would’ve probably killed in theaters had Netflix given it a better opportunity to do so. Although it wraps things a little too neatly, it gets surprisingly (and appropriately) messy along the way, with a rip-roaringly funny approach to the kind of culture clash that might emerge when you replace Hollywood’s traditional, business-professional WASP romantic leads with a white Jewish podcaster and a Black Muslim costume designer before throwing their families in the mix.

The first of many Adam Driver films will be arriving in early March, as Sony Pictures' 65 finally makes its way to theatres. The film starring the two-time Academy Award nominated actor as Pilot Mills. The story follows Mills after a massive crash on an unknown planet, which turns out to be Earth, 65 million years ago. Mills has one shot to save himself, as they make their way through treacherous terrain featuring prehistoric creatures such as dinosaurs and more.

Andie MacDowell stars as a famous actor who goes incognito to seek treatment for a medical issue. While at the hospital, she meets three unique and remarkable women -- an aging rocker, a young mother, and a forever single retired schoolteacher. Together, they help her face adversity with humor and camaraderie while coaching her for the most challenging role she has ever played…herself.

Set against the dazzling opulence of Georgian London, The Confessions of Frannie Langton, narrates Frannie’s journey from a Jamaican plantation to the grand Mayfair mansion of celebrated scientist George Benham and his exquisitely beautiful wife, Madame Marguerite Benham. In a misguided and monstrous gesture Frannie is gifted to Benham by the man who owns her, John Langton, and she is employed as a maid in the household much to her chagrin.

From Executive Producer Roland Emmerich (Moonfall) comes a captivating film that follows a teen on two journeys: one into a prestigious boarding school to fulfill his aspirations as a singer, and another into a parallel world filled with fantasy and adventure. DC Studios co-CEOs James Gunn and Peter Safran have announced the first DCU film to be Superman: Legacy, which will premiere on July 11, 2025. Announcing their master plan for the new DCU at a press event on January 31, Gunn and Safran revealed that Superman: Legacy will kick off Chapter 1 of the new DCU, titled Gods and Monsters.

The cancellation of Leslie Grace’s Batgirl movie was a “bold and courageous decision” according to DC Studios co-CEO Peter Safran. As reported by Variety, Safran shared his thoughts on Batgirl during a press event held at the Warner Bros. lot, during which he and fellow co-CEO James Gunn gave details on the first wave of movies and TV shows that will populate the rebooted DC universe.
