Lexington native Olivia Thompson has been living out her dream playing for South Carolina the past three seasons. On the eve of playing in the Elite Eight, the junior guard shared what this journey has been like for her and why regardless of the number of minutes she plays, she’s always going to be focused on helping her team.
“I know I don’t get the minutes but that doesn’t mean anything to me,” admitted Thompson. “My purpose is greater than being on the floor.”
