It looks like the sun has set on Twilight alum Taylor Lautner’s time in Agoura Hills: This March, he listed his modern mansion for a cool $5 million.
The star purchased the remote property, located about an hour’s drive from downtown Los Angeles, for $3.8 million in 2020, sharing it with his newly minted fiancée, Taylor Dome. The duo was first linked in 2018, with the 30-year-old actor proposing to the registered nurse/ blogger, 25, at home last November.
Nestled high in the Santa Monica Mountains on a nearly nine-acre lot, the pad provided the perfect hideaway during the pandemic’s early days and, later, an ideal place to throw parties away from prying eyes.
In October, the couple shared snaps of an epic Halloween bash, complete glowing outdoor signage, a tequila bar and spooky decorations scattered throughout the 5,647-square-foot residence. (With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, the house also provided plenty of space for their pals to crash — we just hope they helped clean up the next morning!)
Inside, the abode features Fleetwood windows and doors, wide-plank French oak floors and A-list amenities like a gourmet kitchen with imported Italian cabinetry and a speakeasy-style bar.
However, with so much outdoor space at their disposal, it’s no surprise the two Taylors opted to spend much of their time soaking up the California sunshine, either chilling by the infinity-edged pool or playing on the grounds with their two pups.
While there’s no word yet on where the soon-to-be-wed couple’s going, perhaps they’re looking for a more child-friendly space (i.e., with less concrete). Or, as social distancing measures cease, they may be itching to find a spot closer to the buzzing Hollywood scene!
