Biloxi Shuckers welcome William Carey back to MGM Park for exhibition game
For the first time since 2019, the Biloxi Shuckers are scheduled to play a pre-season exhibition game at MGM Park.
On Wednesday, April 6th, the Shuckers will welcome William Carey back to the Coast for a seven-inning wooden-bat contest.
First pitch is set for 6:35 p.m. with general admission tickets going for $12.
This will be the final tune up for Biloxi before starting its regular season Southern League slate as the Double-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers.
The last time these two teams played, the Shuckers won 15-1.
Here’s a look at the local players for William Carey, three of them. Senior catcher out of West Harrison Colby Cagle, junior infielder out of Resurrection Catholic Patrick Lee, and another senior catcher out of St. Stanislaus Magruder O’Bannon.
