Hertl scored a goal on two shots, dished an assist and added two hits in Thursday's 5-2 loss to the Oilers.

Hertl set up Erik Karlsson's opening tally in the second period, then scored one of his own in the third. With four multi-point efforts and 10 points in his last eight games, Hertl is back on track with his offense. The 28-year-old is up to 26 goals, 52 points, 175 shots on net, 87 hits and a minus-3 rating in 64 appearances. He should be able to reach the 60-point mark for just the second time in his career.
