For breakfast, Bae Suzy's diet consists of sweet potato, chicken breast, and a cup of low-fat milk, while she usually has brown rice and salad for lunch.

As for her dinner, she prefers having two sweet potatoes, having a total of around 1,0000 calories per day.

Moreover, the singer-actress spills her secrets, revealing that she goes through extreme diets if "necessary."

Per the outlet, she might possibly have one chicken breast, sweet potato, and a cup of low-fat milk all day as part of Bae Suzy's diet.

Back in 2012, Bae Suzy revealed in one episode of SBS' One Night with TV Entertainment how she lost weight.

In an article cited by Soompi, she mentioned that the secret for keeping in shape is by doing a penguin dance.

"People will look and say, 'what are they doing, but this actually is a good workout," the actress pointed out and even showed how it is done.

Basically, it's like imitating how the penguin flaps its wings, adding, "The more you do this workout, the more you will feel your arms becoming skinnier."

Bae Suzy's workout trick focuses on toning the arms and legs.
