Even with its 360-degree views and floor to ceiling windows, the triplex penthouse of New York’s One Madison condo isn’t cutting it for media mogul Rupert Murdoch anymore. According to the Wall Street Journal, less than ten years after having the space custom built to his specifications,News Corp founder Murdoch has listed his penthouse and an additional unit in the building for $78 million.

The showstopper of the 6,850 square foot modern penthouse is the great room, with its 20-foot high ceilings, 590 square foot wrap-around terrace, and dramatic wood and glass spiral staircase. Nearby, a cozy library and den can be found flaunting wood paneled walls and built-in cabinetry. The five bedrooms, all of which have en-suite bathrooms, are spread across the middle and top floors. Half of the top floor is taken up by the spacious primary suite. Dual sinks, marble walls and floors, and a window-backed deep soak tub make for a decadent atmosphere in the primary bathroom, and a nearby dressing room adds to the luxurious feel of the suite.

The additional unit, which Murdoch lived in while having the penthouse built and has reportedly since used to house guests and staff, is plenty impressive on its own. Located on the 57th level, the 3,300 square foot apartment is the highest full floor unit in the building and accordingly also offers 360 views and sun exposure. Three beds, three full bathrooms, and one half bathroom ensure ample room for guests.

Late last year, Murdoch bought the Koch family’s $200 million Montana ranch that spans 339,000 acres.
