A once-popular pub in Harbor East will soon be springing to life again.

The James Joyce pub shut down in December of 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Now, the Baltimore-based Atlas Group says it plans to reopen the restaurant. There is no opening date yet.

According to the Baltimore Business Journal, the Atlas Group plans to invest $500,000 into the space but will keep the original bar top imported from Ireland.
