An Achilles issue kept Winslow out of Sunday's loss to Indiana, but he's been cleared to play Monday and will slide back into the starting five on the wing. With Josh Hart resting, Portland will roll with a star-studded lineup of Brandon Williams, CJ Elleby, Winslow, Trendon Watford and Drew Eubanks.
