Carey (hip) won't play in Washington's game against the Lakers on Saturday.
Carey has seen action in only five NBA games this season. He was sent to Capital City on March 9, but he hasn't yet resumed play with the G League squad. The 21-year-old isn't likely to take on a major role with the Wizards even if he does rejoin the squad at some point before the end of the campaign.
