With less than three minutes remaining in the third period, Palmieri worked himself to the front of the Rangers' net and tipped a Ryan Pulock shot past Igor Shesterkin. Palmieri extended his goal streak to three games and point streak to six in the process, and the veteran winger now has an impressive 10 goals and 14 points in his last 16 contests.
