The helper on Derek Grant's third-period tally was O'Regan's first NHL point since Dec 2, 2017, when he had a two-assist game. The 28-year-old's opportunities have been limited -- he's played just five NHL games in the last four seasons, though he's filled in lately with the Ducks as they battle injuries to forwards. O'Regan isn't likely to be with the big club once they get to better health, so he's a non-factor in fantasy.
