Kassian (jaw) logged an assist and five hits in Wednesday's 4-3 overtime win over the Capitals.
Kassian ended up returning on the short end of a 4-8 week timeline after suffering a fractured jaw Feb. 9. He missed just 12 games, though he was eased back into action with 8:05 of ice time Wednesday. The winger is expected to see a bottom-six going forward. He's produced 15 points, 100 hits, 41 shots on net, 38 PIM and a minus-1 rating in 36 contests this season.
