'ARTIST TOP TEN' in February [Boy Brand]: Kang Daniel, MONSTA X, BTS, More!
Ten Asia, on March 8, revealed the male artists who dominated the "ARTIST TOP TEN," from Kang Daniel, MONSTA X, BTS, and more!
In particular, the survey and competition were conducted from February 18 to 28. Prior to the voting, 30 top male groups and solos were chosen as nominees, based on the monthly chart of MelOn and Idol Champ.
For the final top 10 rankings, the winners were determined by calculating the artists' media index from Idol Champ and MelOn (60%) as well as their popularity index based on fan votes (40%).
Kang Daniel Crowned as Top Male Artist in February
After the final rounds, "Nation's Center" Kang Daniel dominated the rankings as No. 1. Starting his career as the center of Wanna One, the male idol established his name as Kang Daniel by debuting as a soloist and actor.

Despite being a rookie, the idol actor garners praises for his acting potential and perfect portrayal of Seung Hyun in the ongoing Disney+ drama, "Rookie Cops."
He also showed his musical sensibility through the drama by releasing the Korean version of his song, "Hush Hush" (feat. MIYAVI) as OST of the show.
MONSTA X, BTS, EXO, More Complete 'ARTIST TOP TEN' in February [Boy Brand]
Trailing behind Daniel is MONSTA X, who is continuously showing popularity both domestically and internationally, particularly in the U.S.
Aside from their impeccable releases, MONSTA X also gained attention for their sense of entertainment, flaunting their genuine personalities and various charms.
In fact, their new mystery reality show, "COLD SLEEP: KISS OR DEATH" aired through the UNIVERSE platform continues to gain attention from K-pop enthusiasts.

BTS ranked third, showing their status as "biggest boy group" despite no new release.
Currently, the septet is focused on their Korean concert, "BTS Permission To Dance On Stage - Seoul," which will be held on March 10 and March 12 to 13.
PENTAGON and EXO completed the top 5, respectively, followed by Super Junior in sixth place.
EXO particularly attracted attention in February from K-pop scene following military discharge of leader Suho.
On top of that, EXO also hinted at their return not only in the music scene but as well as in the entertainment realm through season 3 of "Travel Around the World on EXO's Ladder," set to kick off in April this year.
Lastly, TREASURE, ENHYPEN, Kim Jae Hwan, and Stray Kids also entered the rankings, completing the top 10.
