Cameron Payne, Phoenix Suns (18.3% rostered in ESPN leagues): With Chris Paul, Devin Booker and now Johnson all sidelined, Payne has stepped in as another primary offensive threat. He's averaged 20 points and 12 assists in his last two games, and looks poised to put up numbers until his teammates get healthy again.
