He took a backhand pass from Pavel Zacha in the St. Louis slot, cruised to the left of Ville Husso and flicked the puck into the top corner to secure the win for the Devils. Hamilton has rounded into form quickly after his long layoff due to a broken jaw, posting two goals and four points over the last five games.
