One of the MCU shows that are currently in the works is Secret Invasion which will star Samuel L. Jackson's Nick Fury and Ben Mendelsohn's Talos as they navigate the Skrulls who have infiltrated all aspects of life on Earth. Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke is also among the cast members of the series although it is unknown yet about the exact details of the role that she is going to play.
Filming is still underway in London and there have been several set photos and videos that are currently surfacing online which hint at what may happen in the series. Now, a new set video is currently surfacing online where it looks like Clarke is filming an action scene and fighting for her life as a person wearing a CGI suit is choking her out on the ground.

It is hard to tell right now what the context of this scene is, but we can safely say that it is a fighting sequence and Emilia Clarke's character's life is in danger as she is being choked by what may be a CGI character, which reveals that we will be seeing a character like it at some point in the series. It is also likely that it is a Skrull, but usually, they apply actual makeup to the actors who play a Skrull in the MCU.
For now, all we can do is speculate about what is happening in the scene whether it's in an earlier episode or somewhere in the finale episode. It also doesn't give us a clue about the mysterious character that Clarke is going to play, but we can safely assume that she won't be a Skrull since we've only seen her as a human character so far. Right now, your guess is just as good as anyone while Marvel Studios haven't revealed any further details.
There's a lot of anticipation right now to Secret Invasion as it will mark the next appearance of Jackson, Mendelsohn, and Cobie Smulders in the MCU reprising their respective roles. They are joined by franchise newcomers Clarke, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Olivia Colman, Carmen Ejogo, Killian Scott, and Christopher McDonald.
