PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – Congressman Ted Deutch of Boca Raton has been a fixture in Florida politics for two decades.
In a surprise move last week, he put a deadline on it, resigning when Congress recesses in October to become the CEO of the American Jewish Committee.
