KGNS News Anchor makes cameo in Damian Chapa movie

LAREDO, TX. (KGNS) - KGNS News is recognizing one of its own for shining bright on the big screen.
Ruben Villarreal recently got a chance to shoot a cameo for the independent film Mexican Gangster 2 Venganza.
The film stars Damian Chapa, who has been in several movies and is most famous for “Blood in Blood Out”.
In the film Ruben plays a news anchor who gives an update about the murders taking place in the film.
Ruben had a chance to go to a private screening of the film where he was able to introduce Damian Chapa.
