Rolette County Sheriff's Office finds high-risk sex offender

BISMARCK, N.D. — Rolette County deputies have located a high-risk sex offender, after he was on the run for about five hours after removing his monitoring bracelet.

According to deputies, they caught Leslie Allery, 43, at about 11 p.m. Tuesday night, March 1, after reporting him missing at about 6 p.m. Tuesday.

It's unclear if Allery will face any new charges from this incident, but he's currently being held at the Cass County Jail, according to deputies.
