LAS VEGAS - A restaurant in Las Vegas has dumped its Russian vodka in the street in protest of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
Employees at the Evel Pie restaurant poured the vodka down the storm drain.
They're replacing it with Ukrainian vodka and offering $5 shots with all proceeds going to humanitarian relief.
It's one of many restaurants, bars and liquor stores across the country pulling Russian vodka off their shelves and replacing it with Ukrainian vodka.
"So, starting tomorrow Evel Pie is going to be offering $5 F" Putin shots of Ukrainian vodka and the proceeds are going to support humanitarian efforts in Ukraine. And we are getting rid of all Russian vodka. We're not going to be pouring any Russian vodka until this crisis is over and things are resolved,” said employee Eric Gladstone.
