Lowry's goal late in the first period gave the Jets a 3-0 lead, but it was all Avalanche over the final 40 minutes. This was Lowry's second shorthanded tally in the last four games. The 28-year-old forward has picked up four of his 11 points this season while on the penalty kill. He's added 152 hits, 58 shots on net, 42 PIM and a plus-4 rating in 52 outings.
