Miami, FL – February 24, 2022 – Legendary Michelin-starred chef and 2010 South Beach Wine & Food Festival® Tribute Dinner honoree Daniel Boulud was responsible for curating this truly remarkable Festival event, which he headlined alongside two other culinary greats: the brilliant, classically trained Ludo Lefebvre of Petit Trois and Ludo Bird in Los Angeles, who always brings a powerful and distinctive vibrancy to his dishes; and Mourad Lahlou, a pioneer of modern Moroccan cuisine whose reimagined classics and self-taught techniques are on eye-catching display at his two Michelin-starred San Francisco restaurants, Aziza and Mourad. This powerhouse trio rendezvoused for an unforgettable evening that was one for the history books! Set against the beautiful backdrop of Boulud Sud, which draws its own inspiration from the coastal Mediterranean, this intimate dinner gave a fresh, contemporary edge to their richly diverse cuisines, complete with superbly paired wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio.
