For the second time in three games, Sheahan fed Mark Giordano for a shortie. Sheahan has a goal and two helpers in his last three outings, giving him 10 points in 41 appearances overall. The 30-year-old has added 43 shots on net and a plus-6 rating. He played on the second line as part of a lineup shuffle necessitated by Jared McCann's (upper body) absence, though it's unclear if Sheahan will stick in a more advanced role.
