The 76ers assigned Springer (knee) to the G League's Delaware Blue Coats on Thursday, Noah Levick of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.
Springer appeared on the 76ers' final injury report prior to the All-Star break due to a sore left knee, but his assigned to the G League could suggest that he's healthy again. In addition to Springer, big man Charles Bassey was assigned to Delaware, and both rookies should be available for the G League affiliate's game Thursday versus the Fort Wayne Mad Ants.
