Dustin Troy Hagman, 49, Stanley, is charged in district court in Burke County with Class C felony reckless endangerment with extreme indifference – domestic violence, Class C felony felon in possession of a firearm, Class A misdemeanor domestic violence causing substantial bodily injury, and Class A misdemeanor menacing – domestic violence, all allegedly committed on Jan. 11.

Hagman was scheduled to make an initial appearance on the charges on Tuesday before North Central District Court Judge Stacy Louser.
