William James “Billy” Moss, 52, of Richmond, died Thursday, Feb. 17, 2022, in Henrietta.

Billy was born on Dec. 16, 1969, in Pontiac, MI.

Survivors include his wife of 30 plus years, Stephanie Moss; son, Jimmy (Rachel) Moss; mother, Jacalyn Moss; cousin, Carla (Greg) Feamster; and many friends.

Billy was a loving son, husband, father, and friend.  Billy was a jack-of-all-trades but worked as a self-employed licensed plumber where he was loved and will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date by the family.  Thurman Funeral Home of Richmond in charge of the arrangements.
