For the 2022 collection, and in celebration of President's Day, the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum is adding a familiar face from Nebraska history to the lineup: President Gerald Ford.

As many Nebraskans know, President Ford was born in Omaha in 1913, became a lawyer after a stint in the Navy, and went on to become the nation's 38th president. But regardless of his legacy, Omahans celebrate our claim as part of Ford's origins.

That support is evidenced at the Gerald Ford historic birth site, located in Omaha's Field Club neighborhood. The historic memorial is located on the site of President Gerald Ford's grandparents home, where he was born. A kiosk modeled after the original structure's turret contains presidential mementos and historical information on the Ford family. The new collectable bobblehead would fit right in.

The new limited edition Ford bobblehead is part of the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum's first ever collection of all 46 current and past presidents in bobblehead form. The series includes each United States President on a base that features a replica of the White House, and numbered with the year the president was elected.

"We’re excited to release this complete collection of bobbleheads featuring all [46] U.S. Presidents to celebrate Presidents’ Day,” National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum co-founder and CEO Phil Sklar said. “Each president played an important part in our country’s history, and we think people will enjoy this new series of presidential bobbleheads.”
