WILCOX COUNTY, Ga. -- Multiple people were arrested after a sobriety checkpoint was placed on GA 280 and Cemetery Road.
This sobriety check happened after 19 agencies attended the Middle Georgia Traffic Enforcement Network(MGTEN) which was hosted by Rochelle Police Department.
Wilcox County Sheriff's Office is the lead agency for MGTEN.
During the sobriety check, there were two DUI arrests, two suspended/unlicensed, one possession of meth, and several other citations issued.

Alexandria Whitfield, of Albany, was charged with possession of marijuana less than an ounce, possession with intent.
Malcolm Davis, of Albany, was charged with open container and theft by receiving (stolen gun).
Benjamin Worthy, of Albany, was charged with possession of THC, possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime, possession with intent and possession of marijuana less than an ounce.
Worthy was also wanted by Dougherty County for burglary.
