really? joking right, he's not going to make affordable housing. people have been hearing about that for years and has it happened? NO! What they call affordable is clearly not affordable. Who can pay for a home (supposedly affordable) on what the regular joe gets paid in Hawaii, no wonder people are leaving! He thinks a home that cost over 400,000 is affordable?! Hardly Mr. Caldwell! what you need to to is raise the minimum wages for folks so they can actually live on. Hawaii has gone way down hill while corruption continues to rise! Do not make promises you have no intention on keeping, be for real!
