Funeral service for 78-year-old Joe Baker of Harper will be at 10:30a.m. Friday, February 18th at the Powell Funeral Home in Keota. Burial will be at Holy Trinity Cemeteries-St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Harper. Visitation will be from 4-7p.m. Thursday, February 17th at the funeral home. A memorial fund has been established.
