Charlie Hunnam, Djimon Hounsou, Doona Bae & Ray Fisher join Sofia Boutella in Zack Snyder's 'Rebel Moon'

Charlie Hunnam (“Sons of Anarchy,” “The Gentleman,” “King Arthur: Legend of the Sword”), Djimon Hounsou (“The King’s Man,” “A Quiet Place Part II,” “Blood Diamond”), Doona Bae (“The Silent Sea,” “Jupiter Ascending,” “Sense8”), and Ray Fisher (“Zack Snyder’s Justice League,” “True Detective,” “Women of the Movement”) join previously announced Sofia Boutella (“Kingsman: The Secret Service,” “Star Trek Beyond,” “The Mummy”) in director Zack Snyder’s “Rebel Moon.”

Jena Malone, Staz Nair, E. Duffy, Charlotte Maggi and Sky Yang round out the cast of the Netflix film.

When a peaceful colony on the edge of the galaxy finds itself threatened by the armies of the tyrannical Regent Balisarius, they dispatch a young woman with a mysterious past to seek out warriors from neighboring planets to help them take a stand.

“Rebel Moon” is the first feature to fall under the first-look partnership between The Stone Quarry Productions – a production company founded by Zack and Deborah Snyder and their producing partner Wesley Coller – and Netflix.
