The Boston Celtics have agreed to acquire Daniel Theis from the Houston Rockets for Dennis Schroder.
The Celtics will also send Enes Kanter and Bruno Fernando as part of the deal. Houston will waive Kanter.
Theis signed a four-year, $36 million deal with the Rockets during the offseason.
