In-N-Out Burger Chief Executive Officer Lynsi Snyder has sold her palatial Mediterranean-style home in Bradbury for $16.25 million, down 3% from the last ask.

It’s also $1.16 million less than the businesswoman, who has a net worth of $4.2 billion, according to Forbes, paid for the property.

The 18,678-square-foot residence in guard-gated Bradbury Estates has 11 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms and a hair salon in the primary suite.

There’s also a fully-appointed guest house.

Snyder, 39, bought the 4-acre-plus spread through a trust in 2012 from former Los Angeles Dodgers player Adrián Beltré for $17.41 million, property records show.

In 2017, she listed it for $19.79 million. It spent years on and off the market. And in March, it resurfaced for $16.8 million.

Records show the Northern Trust Co., a trustee of the Old Ranch Road Trust, sold the property Dec. 12 to 340 Orr LLC, which is registered in Delaware. The LLC conceals the buyer.

The house has a circular motor court with manicured gardens, a water feature and a grand entrance portico. Inside there’s a gourmet kitchen with dual islands, a separate prep kitchen, and formal dining and living rooms.

More than just luxurious, it’s equipped for entertaining.

A temperature-controlled wine cellar and tasting room, game room, movie theater and fitness center add to the inside perks.

Outdoors there’s a 3,400-square-foot recreation building that can double as a ballroom, a cabana with dining areas and a full kitchen, and resort-style amenities. They include an infinity-edge pool, a two-hole turfed golf course with sand traps and a practice putting green, and regulation tennis and basketball courts.

A vineyard, mature landscaping and fruit trees grow on the sprawling grounds.

Joe Chiovare and Ronald Chang of Coldwell Banker Realty were the listing agents, and Stacey Boucher of Keller Williams Realty represented the buyer.
