Luckily, Yelp has compiled a list of the best restaurants specializing in seafood throughout Southern California!
According to their findings, the best seafood in SoCal is at Ocean House Fish Grill in San Dimas. Many of the reviews mention how reasonably priced the menu is, which can be hard to find when it comes to seafood.

"Ocean House is a hidden gem and one of my favorite places to grab seafood. The service is always top tier, whether you dine-in or take-out, and the food is delicious! ...The clam chowder is the best I've had, and the lobster bisque is even better -- it's my go-to.
