'Father Nam': Eric Nam Makes Fan's Dream Come True — His Reaction is Hilarious!

Eric Nam hilariously agreed to a teenage fan's wish during his recent show... with papers involved!

The 33-year-old singer is in Canada for a tour. While there, he met a fan that held up a sign asking to be adopted by him. 

While it's not unusual for K-pop fans to bring placards professing their love for their idols, it was quite surprising to see a teenager asking their idol to adopt them.

Of course, it was all just fun and games and Eric Nam made sure to join in the fan. He saw that the female fan also had adoption papers with her, and he agreed to adopt her.

But as the woman tried to approach the stage, she tripped and fell and left everyone in the venue laughing.

Eric Nam knew that the woman was a tad bit excited because he agreed to adopt her, and she also wanted to take a photo with the singer.

So, Eric Nam told the female fan that they will take photos later after the show.

The fan, who has a TikTok account, uploaded the hilarious video on the platform, and the clip raked in over 3 million views after just two days.

What's more, the fan updated her TikTok bio to include the information that she has been adopted by Eric Nam.

Eric Nam Has a Way Around Kids

Eric Nam has a way around children and teenagers. In fact, his fans are convinced that he would be a great father. There was a time when he consoled a crying fan when he appeared on MBC's "U Are the World."

Eric Nam's video with Sam Harrington's children, William and Bentley also went viral because the chemistry of the trio was just palpable.

Fans of Eric Nam even created an entire video compilation showing how he interacts with kids who attend his shows.

The singer's fondness for children must have something to do with the fact that he has two younger brothers. All three of them are very close.

Eric Nam Talks About His Family

In September 2014, Eric Nam said that family always comes first for him. He also said that one of his happiest moments in life is seeing his family come together.

He also talked about his family and said that everyone works really hard to achieve their dreams. Even when his dad was already in his 50s at the time, he was still working for his family.

Personally, Eric Nam said that he would listen to people that inspire and influence him. This is also one of the reasons why he and his brother started the app, Mindset.
