ENGLEWOOD, Calif. – A lot of fans watch the Super Bowl at a sports bar or maybe at a party where it’s too loud to hear what’s going on in the game, especially when there’s a penalty.
Chris Hagan tried to educate the fans about what all those signals from the referees actually mean.
