Springer has been ruled out Tuesday for the G League's Delaware Blue Coats' game against Fort Wayne due to a sore left knee, Austin Krell of USA Today reports.
Springer is averaging 18.3 points and 5.6 rebounds in 34.3 minutes per game in the G League this season. His next chance to suit up will be Thursday's rematch with Fort Wayne.
