Two-time Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman will be traveling to El Paso in May to speak at a Junior League of El Paso event.
The Junior League of El Paso, Inc. is a non-profit organization composed of women "committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers," according to the organization's website.
Raisman will be speaking at The Women’s Wellness Summit along with El Paso boxer Kayla Gomez who will compete in the 2024 Olympics in Paris and UTEP graduate Gerina Piller, who is a professional golfer currently playing on the LPGA.
The Women’s Wellness Summit is an all-day women’s event featuring education, speakers on all health and wellness-related topics, according to the Junior League of El Paso.
The event will take place at the Paso Del Norte Hotel.
Tickets information will be coming soon, the non-profit stated.
All proceeds will benefit the Junior League of El Paso, Inc. community projects.
