Pulitzer Prize-winning poet Natalie Diaz to give reading Feb. 9

The online reading by Pulitzer Prize-winning poet and author Natalie Diaz will be the Common Reading Invited Lecture event for 2021–22, followed by a question-and-answer session.

Diaz received the coveted Pulitzer Prize for Original Verse in 2021 for her book Postcolonial Love Poem. One of her poems, “American Arithmetic,” is featured in this year’s Common Reading book, “Tales of Two Americas.”

The event is open to the public and free of charge.
