Tim Griffin is officially running for Hamilton County Council, District 1. Griffin currently serves as both a firefighter and the Public Information Officer for the Carmel Fire Department, in addition to being a regular guest on WISH-TV’s Life.Style.Live! show.

As a 30-year Carmel resident and graduate of Carmel High School, Griffin has dedicated his career to serving the residents of Carmel through public service. His commitment and passion for communicating with residents led to the additional role of Public Information Officer.

“Hamilton County is my home and always will be,” Griffin said. “I’ve spent my life committed to ensuring my neighbors are healthy and safe, and the opportunity to connect with our community on a larger level is really exciting. I’m a strong fiscal conservative am committed to ensuring our county government efficiently provides quality services to our residents.”

Griffin is a health and fitness advocate, frequently sharing his expertise with residents throughout the district. He has been a high school wrestling coach, is active in his parish, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, and is on the Executive Board for the Carmel Professional Firefighters Local 4444.

Griffin and his wife, Teresa, live in Carmel with their five daughters – Vera, Amelia, Stella, Maria, and Lainie.
